Kerry is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP) licensed in MA, RI, CT, and ME. She specializes in the effects of trauma and PTSD, the impact of narcissistic abuse, substance abuse recovery, managing ADHD and executive functioning skills, elevating self-love and self-esteem, as well as navigating the challenges of chronic health conditions. As a bilingual, first-generation American therapist fluent in Portuguese, she welcomes clients seeking bilingual services. Living with autoimmune conditions and disabilities, she is deeply allied with the chronic health community and firmly upholds the belief that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and access to specialized, best-practice care.

Kerry is also a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community; She wants all to be welcomed here, and for this practice to always be a safe space. She believes we are far more than the labels given to us, and invites clients from all walks of life to come exactly as they are.

Kerry's  therapeutic framework uses a trauma-informed, and holistic approach to foster true healing, self-confidence, and empowerment. She combines evidence-based behavioral therapies—including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)—with motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and psychoeducation on how trauma affects and rewires the brain, ultimately helping you recognize your own inherent healing capabilities. To honor the mind-body connection, she seamlessly weaves in creative and mindfulness tools such as meditation, guided imagery, art, inner child work, and individual spiritual beliefs. Together, we will cultivate the practical tools you need to reclaim charge over your life.

Nicole Young, LICSW

Nicole Y.jpeg

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).  With over 15 years of clinical practice, my ultimate mission is to guide you toward building and sustaining the vibrant, fulfilling life you have always wanted. Life is full of unpredictable transitions, and difficult experiences can quickly manifest as overwhelming anxiety, deep-rooted depression, or a confusing lack of direction. I specialize in helping adults navigate these heavy seasons by creating a safe, judgment-free space to process complex challenges like trauma, PTSD, grief, codependency, and addiction.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and I am trained in brainspotting, a specialized therapeutic approach that accesses the brain's natural self-healing capacity to process and release trauma. My approach is also psychodynamic and strengths-focused—meaning we look honestly at your past and present patterns while leaning into your innate capacity to heal.

I lead with a balance of compassion and honesty, helping you untangle root causes, unlock your natural resilience, and step into a happier, healthier version of yourself. I look forward to taking this journey of healing alongside you.
